How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Its easy!  Whether you want to do simple owner financing or a cash purchase, we will walk you through every step of the way. There are only a few documents to sign and payments can be made through our secure online portal.  For owner financing you sign three documents (Purchase agreement, Land contract & Promissory note), make your down payment including doc fee and you are on your way to becoming a land owner.    

Are you a real estate agent?

Our company owns all the property directly.  This means that there is no need to pay real estate agent fees, which means that we can pass those savings on to you. 

Can you help me look for a specific kind of property?

Absolutely! We are here to help you find the property that best fits your needs,  Reach out to us to let us know what you are looking for and we will search for you to find that perfect property.  If we don’t have it we will find it.

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

There are no hidden fees. If you are able to pay the down payment, documentation fee and low monthly payment, then you can enjoy your own land immediately.  Because you are working directly with the owner of the land, there are no banks, no credit checks and no extra fees that you typically see with a real estate purchase.  

Why are your properties so cheap?

Our company scours county data to find properties way below market value.  After we acquire the property we are able to sell that property at a greatly discounted price.  We believe that property ownership should be easily attainable by everyone.

What if I am not satisfied with the land that I purchase? Do you have any money back guarantee or return policy?

Most of our customers like to move quickly and secure their property with an easy down payment before it is purchased by another investor.  They are able to do this safely with our guarantee.  We are committed to helping our customers buy land that they are satisfied with.  We understand that purchasing land is a big decision to make and we encourage everyone to conduct their own due diligence when purchasing land. However there are still times when someone changes their mind.  

We offer a refund of money paid toward the land on any owner financed purchase within the first 30 days of down payment.  Because there is a lot of work that goes into preparing all the paperwork, the documentation (doc) fee in non-refundable.  In addition just like other real estate transactions for all cash purchases we do not offer refunds.
